Life as a Ham

There are few people in this world that can understand just how cute everyone else's dog really is. You can have cute fotos of dogs doing cute things, or looking cute, cuteoverload.com is proof; but to capture a dogs personality, to actually be able to look into his black eyes and see his thoughts... well, its a rare thing. With this Nikon D3000, I think we have finally done just that. What do you think?

3 years ago, 2 deaf chihuahuas were born...

...and so began our journey with Bear and Beulah. Our two deaf chihuahuas are strange albeit adorable and we are starting this blog to share them with you. With endless photo opportunities and stories a-plenty, they make us smile, laugh, cringe, and cry. Before we begin, here is the cast of characters you'll come to know and love (in no particular order):

Bear (a.k.a. Fat Dog)
Camera status: LOVES having his picture taken. A true ham.



Beulah (a.k.a. Beauty)
Camera status: Doesn't care. More interested in snacks.



Tommy (a.k.a. Dad)
Camera status: Photog extraordinaire. Cannot have enough pics of himself.


Lydia (a.k.a. Ma)
Camera status: Shy. Likes a nice pic of herself, but would rather be taking 'em.
